My name is Dennis Crowley, and I am the co-founder and now executive chairman of Foursquare. And Foursquare is a location intelligence company. It's based here in New York City. We have about 215 employees. As a, you know, as a coach, Alisa is, um, you know, she's empathetic and she's thoughtful and she's, you know, strategic in the way that she helps you think about your problems and what the possible solutions to those problems may be. I think working with a coach and working with Alisa Cohn was, you know, it was a great experience for myself as well as for other members of the Foursquare team. But once you have that first session where you're basically talking about the problems that you have at work and some of the problems that you don't know how to solve or possible solutions to those problems with someone that can help mediate and help, you know, talk through and strategize and, you know, can really help to plan with some of those issues. You know, having a coach on the outside is helpful as, you know, they help you get a fresh perspective.
