Ragy Thomas, founder of Sprinklr, says he's never experienced imposter syndrome. Instead of worrying about being found out, he asks "why not me?" when facing challenges and commits to building Sprinklr into a major company unless given a reason to stop.
And, as we talked about your background and even the way you've handled your entrepreneurial journey, and I think your inner spiritual compass, I'm just curious, have you ever experienced imposter syndrome? The feeling like, "Uh-oh, the jig is up. I'm going to be found out." No.
I mean, I don't know found out about what. I remember a moment in my life where I would look up anybody and go, "What does that person have on me?" And I go, look, if I'm willing to work just as hard, I'm willing to learn just as much, you know, people say, why me? I always go, why not me? Can someone explain to me why Sprinklr shouldn't be the next big thing? Explain to me. I'm sure there are good reasons. Explain to me. But until someone gives me a convincing reason, 3,000 of us are going to go to work and make it a really big company.
