How do you make sure everyone stays on the same page about values and what problems have you come across in doing that?
That's a, that's a really good question, Alisa. The first thing is getting a framework that's as concise as possible. So when I'm introducing the brand or we're just a new teammate or we're onboarding somebody, our purpose is 3 words: to nurse the future. And it starts with them understanding what we mean by that and also the space it gives it, it gives you on the other side to decide what that means to you. Because there's a lot of ways to nourish the future and our platform gives you the ability to do most of it. I think that a vision statement like building the most innovative, iconic, impactful wine brand of this generation and, you know, people can butcher the order of those three I's, if they want, and it's the same statement as long as they understand like kind of the tenets of what we're trying to realize over the longer future. And then day to day, our mission's forward, share wine, give hope. So it's like giving people a really clear and concise framework first off. And then when we talk about like who we are, we're built on hope and rooted in purpose. And that statement's important to us. When we think about how we define leadership and mental toughness, there's definitions of those things. Mental toughness, mental strength, which is making the next best decision regardless of the circumstances that you're in.
