You know, being the CEO of a 2-person company has nothing to do with being the CEO of a 10-person company. Being the CEO of a 10-person company where you kind of know everyone and can manage everyone directly has nothing to do with being the CEO of a 30-person company where you have reporting layers and you can't know everybody. And then being the CEO of a 30-person company, it's a totally different job than CEO of a 100-plus person company. So I feel like there should almost be different titles for it because it's kind of ridiculous when you think about it. The person who starts a company this morning gets the same job title as Tim Cook at Apple. That's a good point.
