Rapid Dispute Resolution lets merchants automatically refund disputed transactions without fighting chargebacks. The consumer gets their money back, and the dispute doesn't count against the merchant's chargeback ratio, keeping them under thresholds like 0.5%.

Explain RDR a little bit, Mark. Yeah, totally. So RDR stands for Rapid Dispute Resolution, which basically just means that the customer can essentially get a refund automatically instead of like going through the traditional chargeback process where the customer still gets a refund, except the business kind of fights the chargeback typically and tries to win that money back. So instead, with the RDR, the business typically kind of accepts the loss, and in exchange, the dispute doesn't count against their ratio. So like, obviously everyone wants to stay under whether it's 0.5%, 1%, whatever. And RDR kind of allows businesses to do so while, you know, still making sure that the consumer is protected and gets their, gets their money back.
