I just had to tell your story because it is just the coolest thing. Most people have had a time in their life when they've been terrified of flying, right? That the plane would crash. Absolutely. Right? But what you guys do for small aircraft is that you actually take that fear away.
We call it emotional engineering because of the effect that has on people. But the engineering part, what it does is We designed a parachute system that when something goes wrong, we activated it. Anybody in the airplane can activate it. And what that does is with a rocket, a little bit the effect that an airbag has in our car that explodes the steering wheel and the cups with the airbag. This thing is the same, but it's just outside of the cabin and it blows through a rocket that extracts a parachute and inflates and brings the whole aircraft down slowly to the ground.
It really is incredible what you do, Fernando, and you are saving lives all the time.
Oh, that's the more exciting part. And in the company, we enjoy it so much. Every time there is a life saved, we celebrate. And we have a volunteer in the company that comes and explains the accident. And we say the name of the person and where it happens.
You've been running this company now since 2008, 2009. You've been doing it a certain way. And so business owners, we can get in our own way because we're creatures of habit.
I remember you telling me, don't think that much. Just come and you'll discover it. And you were so right. I ended up having to leave Leave my brain at home and go and just be open and follow your lead. So what I'm learning with Pinnacle Global mainly is to see the whole setup completely different, and it's changing my mind. I said trust the process.
