In this brief behind‑the‑scenes short, the speaker explains that the property, now owned by Chimbrionic, has been converting its former hotel rooms into apartment‑style private bedrooms. The renovations have been carried out in phases, with the South Street location highlighted as a very recent hotel conversion.
