Hi, everybody. So I had a client come to me this morning, and she really helped me remember something, and that is that a lot of people live by themselves. A lot of people are alone on their journeys and just in their life in general, and they don't have anybody to pep them up. Maybe they don't have close friends or maybe they don't have anyone in their life that's a significant other, and they live by their self. Maybe they live with their cat, with her dog, and that's about it. Which pets can be amazing, but sometimes it just helps to have someone pepping you up. So she inspired me this morning to do this series of videos that's just. It's just a pep talk. That's all it is. And I'm going to channel this pep talk so whoever gets to listen to it, chooses to listen to it. Hopefully it'll help you out. So the first thing that's coming through is just to remember that you are light and you are love. No matter what is going on around you, no matter who has been mean to you today or said something nasty or whoever cut you off in traffic or whatever happened, you are light in love. Regardless of any of that. It doesn't matter what happened today in your life. If your boss was ugly to you, if you got slammed with a bunch of work, if something fell down on your head that you weren't expecting at work, if things fell through, you got a bad grade on a paper at school, whatever happened, you are who you are, regardless of anything that happens in your life. The things that happen in our life that aren't fun and aren't something that we want to be dealing with are merely things that help us grow. And I know you've heard that before. You know, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger than. But this is more coming from a place of understanding that this is for soul growth. It's for you to show your face in the world in a new and different way. Because with each experience you have, you get a different perspective on life. So whatever happened today, however hard it was, you know what? You survived it. You made it through. So take some deep breaths, put a smile on your face. If you need to cry, cry. I do that often to expel energy. The past couple weeks, getting ready for this launch of your Soul Tribe, I have done that a lot because there's a lot of uncertainty out there in what I'm going to be doing. No one's really done it before, not that I can see. And I want to create this amazing community for all of you. And one of the things that I think is really important is just for us to lift each other up. So that's what I'm here to do for you today. I'm here to lift you up. I'm here to tell you you're awesome. You're amazing. You made it through another day. And you know what? Tomorrow will be better. It's just one of those days that you had that maybe you wish you had stayed in bed. But you know what? You made it through it, and I'm proud of you. I think you're amazing. You're awesome. I want you to give yourself a big hug. Give yourself lots of love. I'm giving you lots of love right now. And just know that tomorrow is going to be better. So thanks for watching, and I'll see you next time.
