Making bath salts by channeling the recipe!!

Amanda Hainline records a home video demonstrating how she makes bath salts by "channeling" guidance from her spiritual guides. She lists base ingredients (Dead Sea salt, Himalayan pink salt, baking soda), measures them (cups), then adds many essential oils in exact drop counts as dictated by her guides, mixes the blend, and stores the finished salts in jars for use when a household member is ill.

Hi, guys. So we're doing something a little different today. I am in the bathroom. Matt's not feeling well, and he needs some bath salts. So part of a healthy regimen in our house is doing baths if you don't feel well. So he has, you know, what we call the crud today. Allergies. Probably cedar. So I'm gonna make a bath salt, and when I make bath salts, I channel them. My guides actually come in and tell me exactly how many drops of what I need, how many cups of salt. All that good business. So I'm gonna do that today, and you guys are going to see that process. I'm not sure how this video is going to come out. I'm probably going to have to slice, like, 18 pieces together, which not my favorite, but I wanted to share this with you because I think it's really kind of a cool process and it's really effective. So stay tuned. So we are back, and I am making bath salts today. Like I said, the videography on this is going to be spectacular because, you know, I have no idea what I'm doing, and I'm just trying to figure out how to fill myself in a small space doing something when I don't have exactly the right equipment. So here we go. All right. So we're making bath salt today. Matt's not feeling well. It's kind of the crud. It's one of those, you know, just allergy attacks or something. So he's been sick for a couple of days, and it's time to make some bath salt. So here's how I do it. I take some salt. This is dead sea salt right here in this bag. My guides are telling me we're going to need some of this, which is Himalayan pink salt, comes in this giant bag. And we're going to need some baking soda. And I'm just praying that I have enough of that because some almost out here are my oils. I have a lot of them. I've been collecting them for a while. These are obviously all the same brand, which are awesome because they have the little. Wow. Can't watch myself do that. They have the little label on the top so you can tell exactly what it is, which is so nice because these have had to put, like, letters on the top and stuff, so these people have it figured out. Anyway, I will be mixing it in this thing, which looks like a lot of overkill, but it's actually really, really effective at mixing bath salt. So that's what we're going to be using to mix It. So here's the process that I go through when I do this. I start asking my guides what I need. So what they're telling me is that I need three cups of this. So what I'm going to do is just take this first. I'm gonna flip this up. It's really a challenge to film and do something at the same time. I am gaining more and more respect for people that have, you know, cooking shows and stuff, like, to stay in frame and figure all that out. Okay. Boom. So we need three cups of this. Wow. Tricky. All right. You would think scooping salt would be, like, really easy, but if you're trying to hold the camera and do that, probably making all of you nauseous right now. Okay, so we have three cups of dead sea salt. And the next thing I'm hearing is that I need half a cup of this. So I'm gonna squanch it because it's kind of stuck together. And I'm just, you know, this isn't an exact science. That's about half a cup. So here we go. Ah, yay. Okay. And they just told me that I need a quarter cup of baking soda, which I didn't open the bag before, so I'm just gonna get a little bit out. It's about a quarter cup. All right. So now I'm just realizing that it's going to be extremely difficult for me to take the lids off of all of these oils holding my camera here. So I am going to turn the screen around. Ooh. I don't know if it's going to let me do that while I'm filming. Okay, well, I'll be back in a second. Mirrors really are handy when you're doing something like this. Okay, so I have the salt in the bowl over here. As you can see, I've got making bath salt. I've got all the goodness mixed in here. I've got baking soda. I've got dead sea salt. I think three cups, half cup of Himalayan pink, and a quarter cup of baking soda in there. So that goes down. And I'm gonna mix this a little bit. Not on high. It just needs to be mixed a little bit. It's not anything that needs to be done to any real extent. And then I'm going to start putting the oils in. So I'm asking now, asking my guys, like, what. What exactly I need? So these oils over here that you can see, I got out of this big monstrosity container over here full of all different random sorts of oils. But I knew it would take me, like, 15 minutes to dig through if I was looking for all of them. So this one is cedarwood, and they're telling me I need 18 drops of that. So I'm going to do the 18 drops. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18. All right, all right. So that's cedarwood, and then I need 10 drops of this. And that's juniper, which makes sense because juniper is actually. We call it cedar here, but it's not really cedar. It's juniper. And if you have ever been to Texas in the winter and gotten sick immediately when you landed in Austin, that's probably why it literally has green clouds over the hills where all the pollen comes off. It's bizarre. It's like a green smog here in the winter. So 10 drops of this. This kind of works as a homeopathic in this particular. Wow. And it smells just like the trees in this particular recipe. So, 2, 3, 4, 6, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. This might be the most boring video ever. You're watching me drop oil into a bowl, and then I mix it every now and then. So I have some recipes that are just for everyday stuff, but because I like to be super specific for my family, I make a new recipe pretty much every time that somebody needs something because I know that it's exact that way. But I do have other salts in the pantry here, pantry closet, because sometimes you can mix and match and sometimes, you know, certain bathwater work for other things, too. Okay, that one's frankincense. So eight drops of that. Frankincense is a vasodilator. So it's really effective at kind of. It's really effective in helping to open up the bronchial tubes. And I always set. Set my other ones over here once I'm done with them, because otherwise I get confused sometimes. So this is Peru balsam. On the bottle, it says for build confidence. I don't know, I mean, you could try it out. 6 drops Peru Balsam and lamp ring diffuser. So when I'm doing this, going to do 10 of this. Some of the oils are really thick and it takes a while for them to come out. So I'll just talk about it while it's coming out. When I do these recipes, honestly, you know, they say you have to study this stuff and really be super careful with essential oils, which I don't disagree with at all for my purposes, because I use them the way that I do. I honestly haven't studied them that much. If I'm really Concerned about a recipe or if I'm having doubts about something that I've been told, they just told me one more. So one more. There we go. If I have doubts about something I'm being told, then I will actually look it up. And I used to do that when I first started recipes, started channeling because I wanted to understand. So this is 10 of Peru balsam 18 rosewood inspire encourage is what it says on this bottle. So I don't disagree with the fact that it's important to use essential oils responsibly and sparingly because they are very strong. They're distilled down from the plants that they come from. And so they're super concentrated and vibrationally, they're very strong. So whenever you're dealing with essential oils and you're dealing with something emotional, even, well and physical, it will affect it in a big way. They're very subtle, but they're also very powerful. And different oils have different properties. So you just have to kind of, you know. I do recommend that you research and get a really good essential oils book. I used to have some. And then moving, you know, seven times in seven years. I've lost a lot of my stuff. So anyway, do recommend you get a book if you're interested in messing with this stuff. It's really fun. And so this is Neroli, but it's in hobo bottle. Monroe is really expensive. Actually, I may have. Yeah, I've got the cure stuff over here, so I'm gonna use that. And I only need 4 of that. They told me I would need 10 to 15 of this because it's in jojoba oil, which is nothing wrong with it being reduce. What that does is it makes it cheaper for people. So it's. You can still get it, you know, in the marketplace, but it's not as cost prohibitive. This one, I have no idea how much this one was, but this is the pure stuff. So I only need four drops of this and I would need 10 to 15 of this other one. So I'm just messing on this side. Sometimes I think they want me to do five. So when I say they, I do mean my guides. I hear them all the time. So I'm clairvoyant. Audiovoyant clairsentience. So clear singing, clear hearing, clear knowing, you know, just kind of all the. Pretty much all the Claires. I can smell things that aren't there sometimes. That's not a real common one for me, but it does happen. Anyway, so I'm gonna use how many of this do I need 8. Listening 10, which is less than I thought. So 10 of these. Sometimes when I am channel. Hard to talk about. Sometimes when I'm channeling, I will hear things and sometimes I will see things. Like that time I was hearing a number and seeing a number, and I was waiting for it to match up before I made a decision as to how much to put in. Because sometimes things have to sync up. If you have. When you're channeling, if you want a thought process behind what you're doing, if you're asking yourself a question subconsciously and you don't even realize you're doing it, you'll get a different answer. So that's something. As you gain your intuition. This is ginger, by the way, And I need 10 of this one. So as you gain your intuition and you start working with it. 12. Number change. Anyway, as I was saying, as you gain your intuition and start playing with it and figuring out what means what to you, different symbols and different feelings and words and different impressions that you're getting, you will start to become more cognizant of your subconscious thoughts. Because as you are going through the process of kind of asking and trying to get information down and opening yourself as a channel, what happens sometimes is that you will have these subconscious thoughts or questions that you're asking yourself, and they will either answer them or the information you get will be influenced by whatever you are thinking about. And it may not be pure. So that's one of the reasons if you get frustrated sometimes with your intuition. That could be why. Because it can. It is. It is influenced by your subconscious as well as your conscious state of mind. So it makes you become really, really cognizant of what. What you are thinking and how your. How your brain is working at all times. So let's see. Now they're telling me I don't need any out of this box, so I'm just gonna put that away. Wow. I need 10 oils out of this box. So how do I do that? How do I decide what oils? Why I don't decide what oils. I ask them. So I just look at them. I start. I'm like, how many on the top row? One. Really? Okay. I don't even know what this oil does. It's called aguon, and I need four drops of that. It looks like fennel seeds. Let's see what it smells like. It's like I recognize the smell, but I can't place it. So cool. Okay. I guess it's really strong. I just want to See before. Yeah, I cannot place that small. That's one before. I have no idea. Okay, so off the second row here, I need two. I was asking, is it this one? Nope. It's not that one. Okay, which ones? Yes. Okay. Interesting. Okay, so Roman chamomile, which is a really good one. Smells delicious. And then he ate of this, so I got that. And then. And then coffee, which is interesting. This is also vasodilator. It's a stimulant, so that helps to open up dilated blood vessels. And we need eight drops of this oil. Coffee oil. Have you ever heard of coffee oil? It's been a while. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8. And the great thing about this mixer is I just leave it on the whole time. And a really sounds familiar to you guys? Okay, I need one off the next aisle or aisle row. Really not what I would have thought. So. On this aisle or aisle? Keep saying aisle. On this row, I have copied balsam, coriander, damiana, Dillon dong quai, peregonia, grapefruit, helichrysin, pinoki wood, holy basil, and powood. And I need. What they're telling me is I need four drops of dong kwai, which is typically a. It's typically a oil associated with, you know, women and hormones, you know, hormone formulations for women. So it's kind of weird that we're putting it in here, but it has other properties as well. I'm just not aware of them off the top of my head. But we trust here. So we're doing this 2, 3, 4. I think it has some similar properties too, but I'm not sure. So three off this next row. Okay. Hyssop. Using that. Four drops of that. And sometimes, you know. And I just want to say, too, that I am a hoarder of essential oils, obviously. As you can see, I probably have about 150 of them. So. Okay, now we need jasmine, three drops of this. These steps are really expensive to get the pure stuff. Some people really like the smell. I am not a big fan. It's really sweet and strong. So I think this stuff's like a dollar bill or something inside. So I wanted to say that you do not have to have an insane amount of oils. This is mountain savory, and I need 10 of this. Okay, let's try that again. Someone called me. I forgot to turn. If you're ever recording on your phone, turn it on airplane mode, because it will kick you off and you have to start a new video. Okay, so as I was saying, you do not have to have an insane amount of oils to make a bath. So you can have something as simple as just lavender if you want for relaxation. I personally don't do well with lavender. I don't know why. I don't super care for the smell, and it just doesn't ever really speak to me, so I don't use it. But you can use anything. You can do just lemon. You can do whatever you're kind of called to do. And, of course, always research it and make sure that it's safe for skin contact, because some are more. You know, you're more sensitive to some than others. Like cinnamon. You don't want to use more than like, a drop or two and like, three or four cups of that salt. It's very, very strong. You never want to put that on your skin. It is a dermal irritant for sure. Okay, so I need three drops of sandalwood. Sandalwood love, love, love. This is my favorite, and it's extremely grounding. So I just need three drops of this. That's pretty grounded, so that makes that you wouldn't need very much. This is pure sandalwood oil. It's not reduced in anything. Two, three. So it's really. It's really strong. So that there. The spike nard, which is interesting. This is about breaking ties. It's got some other properties, too, not known for its smell. Sometimes my guides, I have different sets of guides. And spruce tycea ate of this, so it's probably to do with allergies. Sometimes my guides aren't concerned about what something looks like or what something smells like or what something tastes like. Like, they just are like, well, this is what you need. I'm like, dude, do you realize I have to smell that and wear that in public and whatever, you know? Come on, give me a break. So I have to remind them sometimes that we are in a plane of judgment, unfortunately. And energy is not the only thing that people consider. In fact, most people don't consider it. So, you know, I'm not walking out of the house in some funky outfit just because that's the best thing for my energy. I'll wear it around the house, but I'm not wearing it out and smells same thing. Sometimes the bath soap. Soap's not smelling kind of weird most of the time, though. This one's very strong, so I need a tangerine. It doesn't smell bad, though, so that's good. And we're done. So that's it. That was a lot of oil. That was a lot of stuff and I'll show you the finished product. So what I do with this is I just put in jars. I just put it in jars like this and store it. I found that if I sort in bags, especially if it has a baking soda in it, that it gets weird little white balls in it and it doesn't do real well. So I just. I just put it in these jars and it seems to help. Sometimes it gets kind of compacted because there's so much glue. But anyway, so this bath salt, show it to you. It is ready to go. We'll see how well it works. Hopefully it works well and you'll feel better soon. I will let you know. Take care.
