Module number 10, how do we create a baraka Muslim brand? You can now have the opportunity to look over my shoulder while I build a Muslim econ barka brand that helps Muslim fall asleep faster, achieve a deeper sleep and wake up fresh for fajr. So these are the steps that I'm going to go go through in this model. First thing is I'm going to look at what brands our ideal client profile are buying from. Kind of branding style, the fonts, the color. Number two, I'm going to search for words in Arabic. I'm going to start with Quran, Islamic history, Hadith. That could represent exactly the solution for a problem that we're fixing. Number three, I'm going to head to Luca AI and I'm going to create the brand there. All the brand fonts, logo, all the assets. Number four, I'm going to head to name ship and I'm going to secure the domain name that we're going to use for our brand. Number five then head to Gmail and create a free Gmail account to start with for support to handle our support tickets. Step number six, I'm going to head to Canvas. I'm going to get a 30 day free trial to Canvas Pro. So we're able to use all the features on Canva for 30 days for free. And then number seven, head to Shopify and using the affiliate link that we have with Shopify you can get actually a 30 day free trial for $1. And then step number eight, we're going to enter all the required admin information that Shopify is asking us for. Step number nine, we're going to head to apps section in Shopify and we're going to pick the vetted supplier partner that we're going to leverage depending on the niche that we're going to pick. If it's health and wellness skincare, we're going to go with Supplifol. If it's actually skincare we're going to go with via Glamour and Gelato for lifestyle merchandise and apparel. Then step number 10, we're going to find the best product that we're going to build the brand around. I call it the hero product. The strategy we follow here is to pick one product, build the entire brand around this product. Why? Because it's cheaper to create content for, to focus on one one messaging, one value proposition, one main problem that we're going to fix. Then we're going to ask our audience what other products they need for upsells and downsells furthermore but the brand is built around one hero product. Step number 11 we're going to design the label on canvas using the templates that our supplier is going to provide for us. Number 12, we're going to upload the label on supplyful. In our case we're going to build on health, a health awareness brand. So we're going to be using Supplyful hours as our vetted supplier. Number 13 then we're going to go to ChatGPT and use my secret hack RPM to craft copy. Number 14 we're going to edit the copy on Sublifold. Number 15 we're going to push the product on our Shopify. Number 16, we're going to head to Shopify themes download one of the recommended free themes. And number 17 we're going to head to online store section and start customizing the theme. Remember here we're building an mvp so minimal valuable product. We're not going to go fancy, we're going to keep it simple in the beginning. After we start getting some sales and scaling then we can move to building a better customized, well designed store and we can hire designers for that later on. But for now we keep it simple and and fast. So Number Step Number 18 we head to payment processing and we fill in the info or banking info to receive the payouts. Number 19 we order samples of our product. We start you know, testing the product in step 20, giving it to family, to friends, asking for feedback and getting some UGC content, what I called user generated content, lifestyle pictures with the product that you can actually start leveraging and then our Shopify store should be ready and live insha'. Allah. So I'm going to just pause here and I'm going to go through the entire process. And you. Yeah, I'm going to speed up the video for you to use so you can follow the steps. I'm not going to be talking during that recording during the building section and then any comment and steps will be included in the PDF. Now remember, the step one we have to go through is to look at what other brands our ideal client profile are already shopping from. So we're going to go and look at the data that our ChatGPT market research has provided for us earlier. So the three best selling main competitors and best selling products are nature's bounty, natural and all. And when we go to Amazon and look for these guys, let's look at the branding. So the goal here is to look at the brands who are killing it. So these guys are 20, they're selling 20,000amonth. That means they're doing 200k a month just with this single product, Ollie as well. They're selling 7,000. So we're looking at 140,000 in revenue just from this one product here. And nature's bounty, as you can see, is selling two cakes. We want to focus on the best selling and look at their branding, the kind of fonts they use, the color. So we see purple, we start seeing, you know, the trends here. Purple comes back a lot. That's some nice fonts, bold font geometry. You see some geometry here in the background on the labels. So we kind of see what our ideal client actually like in terms of branding. So I like to go deeper and look at their websites. So here, let's look at natural. It's all purple and white. Shades of purple. It's a feeling of relaxation. Like I'm browsing the website and I feel relaxed. A little bit of green. As you can see, even in the logo they have a touch of green to bring in the natural aspect of it. So I like what they're doing here. And I see that they have even different formulas here. They have one that is new formula. Okay, nice. So we see the kind of branding. I think this font is Montserrat. I, I believe so. After building dozens and dozens of websites, I can recognize the fonts. Alhamdulillah. So really nice branding here. Clean, clean, very clean. Oli, Ollie, purple and pinky. As you can see, they have that silver kind of silver luxurious aspect with their brand name. Ollie, Pinky and purple. I would say this is more towards a female audience. Let's focus on the sleep product they have. I'm gonna go through their product page. Cause we don't wanna miss on the 25% of men as well who actually need this product as well. As you can see, now that I've shifted to the sleep product only I'm getting purple with a little bit of pinky. Okay. And they're, they're sold out. Mashallah. Of these two SKUs. Okay. So we know the kind of branding, the kind of fonts, kind of labels, the fruity aspect. And now we're gonna move to the, the words. So what, what, what are we gonna name our brand, our Muslim brand? What I like to do is I look for actually names that are in the Quran that can describe sleep, soundful, sleep, night, anything that is around. Sleep. So sleep in Arabic. So sleep. This is the verb. Quiet. See, now we have all the adjectives here, comma, lethargy. And these are all words that are used in Quran. Okay? Okay. We need to look for name that is well known in the, in our Muslim community. And Sukun is nice. Sakina. Sukun. I like the word Sakina. I like the word no as simple as it is. So what I would like to do here is between Sakina and no, I'm going to look if there's already some brands that are using the word Gnome or Sakina in the Muslim space, I'm just going to say order now. So if there is any e commerce brand online that has the word Sakina I want it to pop out here to see why are we doing that? To see if it's going to be hard to rank. Also on SEO which is Google search, you don't want to use a competitive name. So Sakina Tanzil Restaurant products Sakina Co shopper closing Sakina. Sakina. Okay. There's not that much with Sakina. I'm going to look at this on Amazon. So this is a book. Let's look on Amazon. If there is any product selling on Amazon that has the word Sakina. And we're also thinking about the vision of our brand. Do we want to stick to only products around? No. Or have the vision to expand into a more complete brand. This is super important. I would always advise to stay sub niche. Don't try to create a brand that has that's going to fit all the problems. Then you don't have that competitive advantage anymore. You just any other supplement brand who has like 30, 40, 50 products in their catalog. Let's look at supplements here. Seems there is nothing on Amazon with Sakina supplement. I'm going to go back to my market, my research here on Google. Sakina Holistic Care in Australia we have a store here with the name Sakina. Okay. They do Ijama Ha Shifa. What's that's their brand. Okay, so they're just selling. They're just resellers of a couple of brands. So they don't have a brand called Sakina. Okay. Now I'm going to do the same exercise but this time for Gnome. And look if there is a brand with Gnome, okay, nothing on Amazon and even on Google there is nothing that pops up with the word region in English. So it would be easy to rank actually the word known easier than Sakina. We could pop on first and first page with the word known. Okay. Whereas Sakina, you can find it written in Wikipedia. There's a lot of YouTube videos with Sakina in it. So just for SEO purposes and also for an easier understanding, a lot of Muslims who are who grew up in us, uk, Australia, wherever going to have an easier way to understand the word nom than Sakina. That's what I think personally. So we're going to go in this case with the word nom, inshallah.
