Module number four, how to achieve a prophetic mindset, we need to understand the three dimensions of our lead, which are Islam and Iman. For the majority of us, we know Arkan and Islam, which is the Shahada, the Salat, the Zakat, the Siam and the Iman, And. Which is translate to Taqwa, to have that God consciousness, to know that 24, 7, Allah is looking at us and he's listening to us. That's the state of Taqwa. That's the start of state of. So we need to do our best to always remember that Allah is watching us, Allah is listening to us. When you're able to be in that state of remembrance of dhikr, this is when you can achieve that higher connection with Allah. And I'm going to share with you my secret routine that I try my best to respect and to follow. So the first one in the Quran, what I've discovered, Alhamdulillah, is in the Quran there are verses that are similar and there are verses that were they called. And usually they start with al Harot, al muqatta, those letters and the ones that are contained the more nor the more light are surah that start with Alif la meen and the sur that start with Hameen. So when you look at the entire Quran, you're gonna find those surah. So aliflamin are Surat al Baqarah, Surat Imran, Surat al Ankabut, surah to Rome, Surah al Qumal, and surah to Sejda. And then the one that start with Hami are seven Tafir, Fasilat, Ashura, al Jathiya and Alkar. If you're able to read one of these surah every day. So the first one, let's say Monday, you start, you read Alqara. It takes you 1 hour 15, 1 hour, 1 hour 30. And then Luqman, you should day two, 45 minutes. Then Solat Sajdah is short, the ghafilat. And you do one or two every day because the other Hamim, they're shorter. Takes 10 to 15 minutes to finish them. You're gonna be able to download a lot of Noah Subhanallah. These are the secrets to the treasure, Subhanallah. So if you're able to do that or if you don't, if you have hard time with Arabic, stay with the short ones. Read at least the sijda or luqman, read Hameem, short ones, which are the Dukhna, al Jati and Alfaf. And make sure every day you Say la ilaha illallah a hundred times. Make sure you do it. At least 110 Salawat to our beloved hundred salawat a day. The best one of the salawat is the Salat Ibrahimiyya which is Allah. Allah. Try to pray to Hashut. Choose Rakat. One of the tips is to wake up 30 minutes before first, 20 minutes before first. At least that will give you that you can do your do you have 10, 15 minutes left to pray to Rakat and then you can pray with this is going to change your entire lifestyle a lot of time. And then as a book I would recommend to read the Shemah of to know about our prophet, his Sunnah, his character, his Akhlaq and have good sahbahood, good companionship. Remove every, every bad energy around you. So make sure you are your friends or people who remind you of Allah. That's, that's something important. And one thing with companionship is to help each other. You know, you motivate each other. You keep each other in check. Like with my best friend, just to give you a little bit of insight, like we motivate ourselves like hey, have you read today? Okay, you know, today Alhamdulillah I was able to make, you know, you don't want to share that to, to as like with Riya, like I'm better than you or look at me, I'm closer to Allah. No, you put your Dania to, to motivate the other. So he's like okay, like today I didn't have time to to read Quran. And he's like my brother sent me this, you know, WhatsApp message. Hey bro, I was able to read, you know, today so Maryam Subhanallah and I'm like, okay bro, I had to step up even if I read two, three pages of one of the Hamims or Alif Namim. So just to keep motivated the Niyyah is super important here and keep things between you and Allah always have secrets like Sadaqah that even your left hand doesn't know what your right hand has been. So keep some of these amal secrets between you and Allah. And then what I'm going to share with you. When you build your, your routine, your daily routine, it's important to build your routine around your daily prayers and the Sunnah of the Prophets. That's why I created the XM Journal. So with the link here, you're going to be able to open it and I'm going to go through it super fast. You can print Some of these copies share it with your loved ones family or you can use it in the PDF form as well. So first thing every day before you start today you fill this out, today's date and the left side you have the current focus. So what is the current focus of the most important thing that you need to focus on? Like if it's the E commerce I want you to focus on launching your E commerce brand. The focus is hey, I need to launch my E commerce brand. And what are you grateful for today? Alhamdulillah. You know for example Alhamdulillah. Allah made it possible for me to break fazel in Jamal. Number two, I was able to have breakfast with my son and with my wife this morning. Number three, Alhamdulillah. I was able to help a brother out with maybe with some expenses that he couldn't afford. I was able to help him out Alhamdulillah. And then you have your what I call their must do tasks bid Nila. Those are five tasks. So every day I want you to note five tasks that you need to get done. Those are mandatory. There's no going to sleep before these tasks are done. And these tasks they all build up on your current focus. So if you focus to build your e comms brand you need to go through for example today you need to Finish the module 4. Then if you didn't do your ikigai I want you to do your ikigai. Go for a walk, take 30 minutes, finish your ikigai. Number three is start looking for the umass problem. Do some research about one of the challenges, compile all the articles. Number four, it can be also task about you going to the gym. You know going to the gym here is super important. Staying healthy stretch. Then you have your barnabas your schedule. So usually the schedule is around 6 to midnight depending on the times of prayer. And then I want you to write all the tasks that you're going to be able to do. So the most do tasks need to be scheduled as first and then anytime left any blocks left you're free. After you've done your your other tasks to to do whatever you need for take care of your loved ones, spend some time with your your kids if you're married or talk to your family. Go out for a walk, go on sales calls, whatever you need to do. You can build your schedule around this banabash. Then I want you to to ponder on one of the ayahs or hadith of the day. So if you're reading the shamael I Want you to ponder on one of the the hadith of a blessing that's really connected to your heart or an ayah that you read today. This is the left, Left is Dunya, right is right. That's how it's built. So the right side here, the worship area, Ibadat. I want you to put your wake up time here. I want you to take time for Qiyamla depending on your level. Some people wake up one hour, some people 20 minutes or minimum 20 minutes before Adhan. You pray Fajr and mosque. If you are a man, if you are a sister, you do it at kar Sabah. Takes 10 to 15 minutes. You do, you read Quran. Best time to read Quran is before Shoroh. So after first and then you jump to work, you do what you have to do your tasks. Then Doha prayer, one of the Sunnah pray Doha takes 5 to 10 minutes. Doha can be prayed between Shoroh and Dohr. Then you pray your Dohr, you pray your Hasr, Alhamdulillah. You have your Maghrib. After your maghrib, super important. Do you add Karl Masa, do Sephard. The best time for Safar is after Mahr. Send some sarawat, so hundred salawat and then you have Isha, the best time. Because Isha right now during summer is late. So to take 10 to 20 minutes to do Tafakkur. Tafakkur on Allah's creation. Either you go for a walk, look at Allah's creation, nature, think about, you know, ponder some verses of the Quran and then do Muhasabah. Look at your day, the intentions you had, the actions you took, the good things you did and the bad things you did, the things you should have done better. And if you can take note of these things that you want to improve, things that you regret. If you did something wrong, said something wrong to a brother, sister, loved one, then try to make it right. Like ask for apologies. If you have to apologize if you did something wrong, even if you didn't do something wrong, be someone who actually is a fool. So even if someone wronged you say, I am the one who made the mistake. It's okay, that's an effort. And then you note your hour of sleep. Depending if you're a man or woman, women usually need more sleep hours. So between seven to nine hours, men between six to seven hours, we're good, we're handled like that. And some of the, the more you get spiritually elevated closer to Allah, Zoja, you, you can work on four or five hours subhanallah without any health issues. Because those moments you make there is baraka. That's, that's something super. The word is just baraka. You know, the more you do it for Allah, you put your intention okay before you go to sleep, ya Allah, please make it that there is baraka in my sleep and I wake up for PMLA and wake up for Fajr and I still have strength and energy to work during the day and bring food to my family. So that's, that's about the Ihsan Journal. I hope you guys gonna like it and use it and would love to if you have any questions, any things you can DM me in the community, inshallah. The second tool I'm gonna share with you, it's called the second brain. So the second brain is on notion. I'll give you the link, stick in the brain. It's, it's, it's not mandatory, but I recommend it. I highly recommend it. I think it's for sale. I bought it from, from this guy, he runs this company. That's how, that's exactly the system we use to build to run our businesses and our, our personal life. So I'm going to share with you the link. If you're able to afford it to take it, do it.
