Module number eight. So now we're going to talk about how do we find Heller proven quality products. So what we do is we leverage our private label on demand Balaka system. It's actually a list of three main vetted suppliers who are in the US mainly Canada, Europe and some of them in the lifestyle, merchandise and fashion are actually able to fulfill even in Asia, Middle East, GCC area. So by using our partners you can get access to over a thousand plus proven quality products. Shipping is super fast. We're looking at one to five days using FedEx mainly as well and even one day shipping from some Canadian suppliers. So this is not drop shipping cheap quality products from China. And you don't need to order $5,000 in minimum order quantity like a lot of the suppliers. If you want to put your own branding, your own logo which is called white label, these three vetted suppliers will be able to do it with no minimum order quantity which is amazing. It gives you actually the easiest way to start your own Muslim e commerce brand with Nilla. So who are these three suppliers? So depending on the niche where you want to build your own brand realm, obviously it's going to go with your ikigai result. Three main niches that are super profitable that I like to focus on are health and wellness, skincare. This is where we're going to be using supplemental as our partner if you want to go into the makeup space. Glamour are amazing. They're in Canada, amazing company with over 800 products you can choose from. And then you have gelato for apparel, merchandise and fashion. And these guys are in over I think 35 countries. You'll be able to even ship to Dubai, to Asia, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia if you want to tap into this Muslim market. Now some of the questions that we usually get are is dropshipping Halal or Haram, Right. So the traditional model where you go on AliExpress and you just add a product to your shopify and start doing ads, you didn't even touch the products. You don't know who the supplier is, you don't have an agreement with the supplier, you don't even know if the product is actually in stock, the quality of the product. So that's the model that is prohibited. Now if you have already a partnership, you have a partnership with the supplier, you know they have the product in stock, you've actually ordered the samples, you tested the product and then they agree to also put your name, your logo on the packaging. You can put also insert and you know how long it's going to Take to ship your customers. Everything is legit, is on paper. That's Alhamdulillah legitimate. That's what makes, you know, this private, on demand Baraka model, halal and a lot of the resources, you know, if you need more information about that, there's a lot of scholars that spoke about how we can take this dropshipping model and make it halal and what it does take. You can go through the details. I don't want to spend that much time on that. But all the details are here. It gives you exactly the steps and that's exactly the blueprint that we follow Alhamdulillah. Now, is this dropshipping? It's not dropshipping because you're actually doing private label. You're going to have your brand name on the products, on the labels, even on the boxes. You can create a subscription box if you're selling multiple products. And if you use for example a supplier like Glamour for makeup, you can have subscription box. Even the invoices, everything is under your name and there is a contract between you and the partner supplier and they only charge you when the product is sold. That's the beauty of it. You don't need to front for inventory. Is this white label? White label actually requires to order at least 500 units or even thousand units to be to be able to do that. So it's not white labeling, it's private labeling on demand. So whenever there's a sale, then your partner supplier is going to go formulate the product, put your label on the product, put it on your box. But if you have inserts for your customers, inserts and even the invoices, everything is branded under your name with your emails, business address. So you're building a solid business. And yeah, so that's how, how it works. Whenever you receive the order, what happened is customer base, the partner supplier, formulate the orders, put your label with your logo, your brand name, all the details on your product, product gets fulfilled, put it in a box. If you have insert, they're going to put the insert the invoice with all the details and then they ship it to a customer and they charge your credit card on file, debit card, whatever you have on file. This is the kind of countries we can ship to as well. And this is the shipping is super fast. So we're not looking at those 10 days, 15 days dropshipping from China model. We're looking at giving the best customer experience with Ihsan to our customers. Super important, keep them happy. Look at yourself when you want to order something. You're happy when you get the product in, you know, one, two, three, five days. So we trying to compete with Amazon. It's hard, right? These products are also trending and you can see the profit that you can make if you price it the same way. Dead Sea model also is and you can see here sell on TikTok so you can sell this product directly on TikTok shop as well. These are new products that just come in dark spot that's for supplementful. And then you choose the size and you can have all the sizes available in your store and let the customer choose which ones or you can just limit the choice to a couple sizes. Here you can see actually the pricing. So the thing with canvas is the shipping especially these are heavy. So don't get shocked if you see that shipping is 40 bucks here. Try to increase your average loan value by getting clients to add an additional item this way. This kind of balance your profits and, and make the shipping more affordable. And you can, what we like to do is to include the shipping in the product cost actually. So if this framework, for example, see it's 82 for the big one plus 37 from shipping, you can market it let's say for 1 79, 1 89. If you're going with this kind of branding, which is luxury high end wall art. And they also have, if you want to look at for example mugs, let's say. So they have those magic ceramic mugs. Why they call them magic because whenever you pour hot liquid, the color is going to change, which makes it a nice trending product and you can add your design to it. So the design only appears when you pour in your hot coffee, your hot tea in it and then you can see the design. So these are just some amazing products and you can see those products, the cost 12 shipping, 8. So you're looking at the cost of 20 bucks. And that's if you're not using their paid plan. If you actually upgrade to their paid plan, you can reduce your cost by 20 to 30%. Yeah, so what I would advise you, once you figure out exactly the niche you want to go, who you want to serve, then you can go and create some amazing designs. And it's easy to create a design. See, I'm losing quality. So it's important to also take pictures that are high resolution in images. You see, this is green check mark. If I go larger, I'm good, but the moment I go over a certain DPI150, I'm losing quality. That means it's going to affect the printing quality. So always make sure that you have the green check mark here. Effect if I want to create a pattern or not, where I want to position it and then I want to go, just put this here. Boom.
