In this two‑minute testimonial, Sidy, a Muslim born and raised in France, shares his two‑month experience with the Barakah eCom Brand Incubator led by Amine Ait. He explains his motivation to serve the Muslim community, the cultural and practical challenges Muslim entrepreneurs face, and how a request to procure alcohol at his software‑sales job prompted him to seek a more purpose‑driven path. Sidy describes discovering the incubator, appreciating its structured blueprint, weekly global calls, and collaborative environment. He reports tangible progress—nearing completion of his first e‑commerce store and planning a second—while emphasizing the collective impact of serving the Ummah. He concludes with a strong endorsement, recommending the program to anyone wanting to benefit both themselves and the Muslim community.

Assalamualaikum. Warahmatullah. Guys, look, I wanted to take two to three minutes sharing my only and already actually Alhamdulillah. Two months experience joining the ECOM Muslim incubator. A beautiful team. Mashallah. Helping Muslims, building, creating and developing, you know, businesses all around the world. I think this will resonate to a lot of people. So bismillah. You know, for me as a Muslim being born and raised in France, I've always wanted to do something for the community. I've always wanted to help, you know, my fellow Muslims because I saw that we will struggle at some point. Whether you're a man or a woman, you know, you know that you cannot work with the hijab on you as a man. You will face different types of difficulties, right? But this for sure will happen in France. So in my mind I was like, you have to do something for your brothers and sisters. And I realized that when I was doing well at my job, but then being in software sales, my manager was once asking me to bring some alcohol for some customers, which obviously I didn't do. But I think on this specific day when I got back home, I realized I had to work on something better for me and for the community. And so I wanted to actually work on some E commerce brands. But I wasn't able to create my own process. I wasn't able to develop a straight structure that would help me going the extra mile. And you know, when you face those challenges, you feel stuck at some points. That's when I met the brother Amin and the rest of his team. Masha Allah. You can really feel the experience. You can really feel the experience. And one thing that I really like, I think the most, you know, I like when things are structured right, basically. And when you join this team, you are able to have a blueprint that you will follow step by step, that if you're doing it, you will see the results. Insha Allah. But that's what I really liked about the joining this team. And it's been only two months from for me now, but I saw the difference because I see the difference because my story is almost ready. Which wasn't the case for the past two years when I started working on my E commerce brands and which is also something else that I wanted to highlight is we have weekly calls, right, with a team that is spread all around the world so we can share our different experiences. What we are seeing in our own place, we can share this to the fellow brothers and sisters who are in the team. And yeah, like I said, I'm already seeing some results. I'm planning on finishing my store this month, insha'. Allah. And then we will keep on going, right? We will keep on going. We're addressing a beautiful market, Masha'. Allah. And we have a lot of ideas already, you know, already thinking about the second store, so. Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah. And, you know, it makes a difference when you're working for the Ummah and you. When you're doing it in. In a group, actually, this helps a lot. Alhamdulillah. So I would definitely do it again and recommend this team to everyone who wants to serve and once again, not only for themselves, but for the. For the Muslim community. Alhamdulillah.
