CRYO FACIAL AT HOME IN LESS THAN 1 MINUTE

Hi, guys. I'm here in my treatment room, and I have a few minutes to walk you through how you can give yourself a cryofacial at home without coming to me and spending hundreds of dollars. Now, what I want you to do is to grab the daily botanical serum or any face oil that you have. So your cryo has a little slip and glide. Now, they come in a case, and you can store them in the freezer. There's a liquid inside that will help retain the cold temperatures for you. They're designed so they're very easy to contour over the face. And I love my favorite. Step number one is to put this on the eyes for just a second, and it's going to help with the top lid and under the lid with puffiness and dark circles, because that's the first thing that really shows the effect of water retention, the puffiness in your upper eyelids and your under eyelids. So what I want you to do is go in lightward strokes out just like this, very fast, because they are frozen, and they're very, very cold. And what it's doing is it's tricking the skin into thinking it's been wounded. So it will help to rebuild collagen. It's also giving an immediate glo to the skin, and it's helping to depuff. You just want to glide very gently, just like this. And you can even move down to your neck, kind of bring it down to your lymph node. You can also use these as little hooks and kind of do some cryotherapy behind a neck, which feels incredible. And also the shoulders, very easy to use. It just takes a few minutes. I highly recommend you use products before you have that flip and glide. It's perfect in the morning. I love to do it right before I put on my makeup to have this instant glow.
