And what happens when you get older is that you lose so many things. You lose not your mind. Your mind gets smarter and sharper. You get more wise, which is good. I would never want to be 20 again. But what happens? Although my daughter in New York is having a great time in her 20s, so I'm grateful that she's so mature, but I think it took me a while anyway. So let's talk about what happens as you get older. And your collagen and elastin will slow down that production. You know, where it keeps you firm and tight. Like my daughter is in her twenties in New York right now. That will deplete. So what happens? Gravity will pull also. You will lose. Also super important, your sebum production will really slow down. Sebum is your own natural oil, you know, that gives you that plumpy dewy look. Kind of your own natural moisturizer that slows down. And you never want to skip your cleanse at night because that's when your skin's regenerating. So super easy to do. Do it before you're tired. That's what I tell my clients.
