Angela Caglia describes her oil-based facial cleanser that uses high-quality oils (marula, moringa, black currant seed). She emphasizes that unlike cleansers using cheaper oils (e.g., olive oil), her formula emulsifies with water on the second cleanse, removes deeply without stripping the skin or disrupting the microbiome, and leaves skin not dry or tight. She briefly compares and endorses Vintner's Daughter's cleanser as another product she occasionally uses.

Most of the other oil cleansers, even if they're expensive, even big, big brands, they're throwing in cheaper oils like olive oil. That's great. If you are a salad, dress me up in the olive oil, but not when you are a cleansing oil because it doesn't really remove that well. So this has marula moringa, black currant seed. You add water on the second cleanse and it will emulsify and get light. You remove it, your skin is not dry or tight. Your skin feels lovely and it's putting back in those essential fatty acids that your skin needs. You don't need a second cleanse. That's what's unique about this because it's able to emulsify and remove well. And it removes and goes into deep cleanse your pores but not dry you out. So many people think you need to feel dry and tight. You need a bunch of foam. We are not kitchen sinks. You don't need to scrub like that. You need something that works with your skin, that works with the actual microbiome of your skin to go in and clean people, but not strip or dry or make your barrier sensitize. So this is game changer. Like this changed my skin. I cannot use. Actually, I do. Like I gotta say, I was just sent a cleanser from Vintner's daughter. I do love their cleanser. I'm just gonna say that right now. April, I like your cleanser. That's Vintner's daughter. So these are the only two that I do. I mainly, obviously do this, but every once in a while I'll use the Vintner's daughter because it's a beautiful cleanser. So just saying. But you can alternate. You know, you have to use the same cleanser your whole life.
