Amplify builds simulations that let university students try investment-banking roles before committing to careers. The platform helps employers find better fits and students avoid wrong choices, reducing hiring risk for both sides.

Amplify's overarching ambition is to be the go-to provider for practical education in finance for the world's universities. We also want to be the spearhead for global financial institutions to manage their recruitment process.
We provide the Amplify simulation for our students so they can find out more about about investment banking and the different roles within that. They get the opportunity to have a go in different roles, and that really helps them make informed career decisions going forward.
The thing to remember is no employer wants to hire the wrong person if it can be avoided, and of course no employee wants to go to the wrong firm. So any simulation or experience that will help advance your understanding of what you're getting yourself into is valuable.
