Molly, EMEA Campus Recruiter, Citadel Securities. So I'm Molly. I'm the EMEA Campus Recruiter for both Citadel and Citadel Securities. AmplifyMe's partnership started with Citadel back in 2020 in London initially, and then expanded into our global regions across America and APAC. So Citadel and AmplifyMe work together to attract junior talent mainly for our trading and investment pipeline. We do this by running trading simulations for our internships, and also we run external recruiting events to attract that, you know, kind of talent that want to break into the trading industry. Working with AmplifyMe has always been a very seamless experience. We run AmplifyMe events every summer during our internship program. At Citadel, we always trust AmplifyMe to provide the best learning experience for our interns and external candidates. We have a very high standard. Because AmplifyMe provide that, you know, simulation experience, they get the thrill of what it's like to be a trader. They really enjoy it. After every AmplifyMe event, we in the recruiting team get access to all the results and data for each individual candidate. Looking at this data, we're able to identify who were the strongest performers and helps us make more informed decisions with our hiring needs. The trainers at AmplifyMe are brilliant. They provide like a very in-depth experience, but at the same time they're fun. The students love them, you know, they make it a really enjoyable experience. We recognise that people come from all different degree backgrounds and different universities. We don't just want to attract students with, you know, the strongest mathematical skills, the strongest technical skills. While those are obviously extremely important, we also do want to attract students who have a genuine passion for markets. Citadel's partnership with AmplifyMe has been extremely beneficial to date in building out our pipeline for investment and trading. From previous simulations with AmplifyMe, we have made some fantastic hires into our internship program. The partnership overall has just been a great success.
