JP Morgan are that kind of big universal bank, meaning they service individual retail customers. So retail banking. So that's just your everyday Joe on the street who's got a bank account or a credit card or a mortgage. Then you've got commercial banking. This is then servicing companies as your client base, bank accounts, payment cards, credit cards, and so on. But it's also then about financing. So overdraft facilities, revolving finance facilities and so on. But then it's about when your clients are getting a bit bigger, it's about, right, helping them raise capital. And that can be through bond and share issuance. And this is where you're getting into then your ECM and your DCM, your equity and debt capital markets. And this kind of moves into the investment bank part. You've got your retail bank, you've got your commercial bank, and then you've got your global markets division, which is then what we've been talking about with all the trading stuff where your clients are financial institutions. JP Morgan do the whole lot and they're the biggest on the planet.
