Hey, everyone, it's Anthony Ernesto. And here's my drop on Gen Z. If you haven't been online or watched TV or the news, a couple of climate activists, young, in their late teens, early 20s, decided to deface a Van Gogh and then glue themselves to the wall in protest on climate change and world hunger and Big Oil. And I don't like this way of protesting, defacing art. You know, I think art is someone else's heart, and I don't like that. But it sends a clear message that this generation is very interested. It's what I found in my book. One of the insights of the new employee, how to find, keep and elevate Gen Z talent, is that they are very interested in climate change. They are very interested in world hunger. And so this generation is making statements, and they're making it very, very loud. So what's your position? What's your company's position on climate change, on world hunger, and what are you doing about it so you can then employ this next generation in your workforce?
