Hey everyone, this is Anthony Honesto, and this is my latest drop for AI and HR Today. That's my newsletter, folks. Subscribe today. Do not miss a future newsletter. You will regret it. Folks, we're at a watershed moment, so important a moment that I am wearing my collared shirt today. Yeah, I'm not wearing a hoodie during this video because I believe we are perfectly positioned leaders in an organization to lead AI transformation. CEOs are going to start looking into their organizations and going, who is helping me with this AI transformation? They're going to go to the cto, who's going to want to build or buy a tool. CFO is going to want to reduce costs. But if you've read the book Race against the machine, written by two MIT economic professors over 12 years ago, you're going to realize that this whole transformation is a love story. It's not machines, it's not people. It's the combination of the two. And who better to lead this transformation than the HR department and HR leaders? The problem folks, we're not ready. There's a lot of HR folks that aren't even using ChatGPT. I was in a session, a webinar breakout room where one HR leader was using it really amazingly. Maturity index was super high and a lot of the other folks hadn't even used ChatGPT. Folks, we need to start getting up to speed with AI, not only in our own departments, but how AI is going to fundamentally transform the organizational structures going forward. I think in the very near future we're going to have more and more organizations that are smaller and smaller in terms of headcount and blueprint, but it's going to be a combination of the machines and people and we are the best position to think about this. Old is new Again, folks. It is digital transformation, but with AI. Raise your hand. Subscribe to my newsletter and just get your AI maturity up to speed and be ready to answer the call tomorrow. Thanks. We'll see you next time.
