Everyone, it's Anthony Honesto. And here's my daily burst of knowledge for today. Tuesday, January 24th. And today I'm thinking about side hustles. You know, most of the non compete agreements that exist today really don't allow for too much of a side hustle for employees. And what we're seeing is there's a huge trend. And again, we thank Millennials for this. And I mean that sincerely. You know, the millennials are not just one focus in terms of their own revenue generation, but multiple different ways. And they're involved in multiple projects. I'm doing that now. I work on multiple different projects, not only SmartUp. And so how do we encourage these things and how do we support these side hustles? And I think when I was in a large company, it was very much whatever you invented, the company owned. And I think we need to start getting away from that, work with our legal departments, work with our lawyers to develop non competes that allow for side hustles. Now, obviously you can't side hustle in a competing industry or for a competing company, but you can have side hustles. I think it allows for more creativity. If you subscribe to Adam Grant's Originals, these are the folks that you want to hire. So we have to Update and go 2.0 on our non compete. So that's my, my daily burst for today. We'll see you tomorrow.
