Everyone, it's Anthony Honesto. And this is my drop of knowledge on HR people ops recruiting this week. Recruiting is the key. And you know why? Because there's a company that was just bought by Microsoft or just bought by Microsoft that just took a shot across the bow of every applicant tracking system out there. Jobvite, greenhouse. Smart recruiters. I would be worried. LinkedIn is getting into the ATS market. And if you think about the opportunities. Now, listen, I'm not ignorant to the fact that they've had some product issues. Their products right now, their recruiting product. People aren't really satisfied with it. I get it. They're gonna put some work into that, I assume. But the fact that they're getting into the ATS market is a huge, huge move. And I would be absolutely worried if I was a startup trying to disrupt the ATS market. I'd be worried if I was in the ats. Isims. Jobvite. I am crapping my pants right now because this system connected to the largest database of people in the world. Imagine what's going to be able to be, what they're going to be able to do with this applicant tracking system. So I know they're on version one right now. It's going to get better. Obviously, they have Microsoft at the helm. I think this is huge, huge news. And I think LinkedIn is going to change the ATS market forever. So that's my drop of knowledge for today. I'll see you next time.
