A couple of things here About Gen Z.1 is born on the iPhone so they know mobile, they know the Internet super well. 2 purpose is really important when you think about your company's purpose, your focus on climate change and inequity, all that sort of stuff. Really, really important for this generation. And then three attention span so their ability to focus. Studies have shown 8 seconds which is why TikTok is so, so popular. So I would go and audit your recruiting processes. One look for mobile friendly or I would even say mobile first, if not Change it immediately. 2 what information are you putting out there in terms of your company's purpose, how what is your position on climate change and social issues and then lastly make sure that you're when when you're applying or people are applying for their jobs. It doesn't take four or five clicks and RePet to apply for your job.
