Everyone, this is Anthony Honesto and here's my quick drop. So the searches on Google for Gen Z in the workforce have gone up by 500% in the last week. So there's definitely gaining interest around this specific generation and their impact on the workforce. But what I wanted to chat about today was more about multi generations. This is the first time we have five generations in the workforce, whether you, whether you traditionalist all the way through to Gen Z. And I want to provide some pieces of advice for CEOs, for companies and for leaders. One is respect different working styles. So these generations, there's some commonalities in their traits and behaviors, but there's also vast differences in how they behave, how they absorb content, how they like to be motivated or coached. Communication is absolutely a key, understanding each generation how they communicate. And then what I'd love for everyone to do is really encourage mentorship opportunities. So that's mentoring up and down within these generations. So super important. Those are my three pieces of advice when you're thinking about multi generations in the workforce. See you next time.
