Everyone. Anthony Honesto here, and I'm the author of a book called the New Employee how to Find, Keep and Elevate Gen Z Talent. Grab a copy link in my bio over this next series of videos. What I want to do is dispel some of the rumors about this generation in the workforce. Oftentimes when a new idea, new way of thinking comes into an existing construct, we attack it like a virus. And we're starting to see that. So my goal here is to make sure people are clear about this generation. The first, first one of 15 is that they are not loyal. Absolutely not true. In fact, quite the opposite. This generation has seen so much instability, economics through their parents, climate change, civil and racial unrest, that they are striving for safety and security. So if your company can do all the things that I talk about in my book to attract these folks, they are going to be engaged, they're going to, you're going to be able to retain them.
