Everyone. Anthony, Ernesto, Here we are getting close to the end of 2022. What a crazy year. What amazing year. Wild macroeconomic changes. So many things happened this year. I released my book, which you can see behind me, the new employee contract, how to find, keep and elevate Gen Z Talent was really excited about bringing the insights from the book. But today I'm not gonna talk about the past. We're gonna talk about the future. And actually given a chapter in the book about automation, I am with the proliferation of all these AI tools that are out there, ChatGPT Dall? E for images, Jasper for writing. I am predicting 2023 and beyond to be the year or the years of automation. You're gonna slowly see incremental things that humans used to do. Now automated through these AI tools.
