Hey everyone, Anthony Honesto here, quick drop. Two macroeconomic things that are happening in business that I think are really exciting and going to change the business forever. First there are HR requirements or metric requirements that are starting to make their way into SEC reporting for publicly traded companies. And any company going IPO there are about 50 metrics. And what's going to happen here is that once investors start seeing that HR has a quantifiable impact on on business results, this is going to change the game for business and HR forever. Second thing is Gen Z coming into the workforce, which I talk about a lot, where this generation is going to be relentless about things around climate change, social and racial inequity, compensation, transparency, all the things that this generation that I talk about in my book, the new employee contract, how to find, keep and elevate Gen Z talent. These two macroeconomic changes are gonna change business forever and it's gonna be exciting.
