Hey, everyone. Anthony Honesto and today's drop AI in hr. Today is about data and how storytelling is absolutely critical. Now, in hr, the challenge is not only about the data. That's actually going to be a article in my next blog about the challenge of garbage in and garbage out. But once you have the data, you need to now tell a story around that data. You need to make it straightforward. We love our charts, we love our dashboards. But. But really what moves people to action, moves our leaders, our CEOs, our boards, is straightforward and compelling stories. And as business professionals, we're often tasked with taking this flood of data from all these different systems. And I feel at hr, your performance is different than your hr. Then it's different than your recruiting. That's different than your learning, development, all these different systems and provide coherent insights. You know, it's like organizing a family reunion. It's really hard. So a lot of times you really need to think about, not only coordinate all these things, but what exactly are we looking for? What's the story we want to tell? And there was actually a Harvard Business Review that revealed that executives are 70%, 7 0% more inclined to consider information credible and actionable. When data is presented with a narrative framework, really, really important. And there are tools and there are companies like Duarte with data storytelling. There are books out there. A couple of key elements here is that you have to know your audience. You have to identify pertinent data. You have to weave that compelling narrative, embrace visual storytelling, iterate and refine it. Marry the data with the storytelling and then the last thing. And this will get you into Carnegie Hall. How do you get into Carnegie Hall? Well, you pay the money. Now. Practice, practice, practice, practice. Be iterative and then improved. That's my latest job. That is in my new article within my blog, AI in hr Today it is data rarely speaks for itself. The importance of storytelling with data. We'll see you next time.
