A spoken-word poem for someone feeling isolated and ready to quit. The speaker recalls your past survival as proof you're stronger than you think, then urges you to claim no vacancy: leave no room for doubt, choose hope and action instead.

No Vacancy. You may feel all alone, like what you are going through is a solitary fight. The sun has seemed brighter and the days not so long. You may feel that it is all coming to an end. The pressure to persevere may be intense. You may doubt that there can ever be a way for you to succeed. Hope has flown out the window. You let it slip from your hands. The pain may feel unbearable. You have to know that you can. You can weather the storm. You are not alone. The strength you need lies within you. This fight will not leave you defeated. It is yours to conquer, but you have refuge. You have support that can lift you. I'm here for you whenever you need. Just call, and I'll be there in any way I can. Look all around you and look within. Latch hold to every resource you have. You can pull through the unfortunate circumstances you face. You do not have to befriend misery. You can make it. You've been here before. When you thought there was no way out. Somehow you made it though. You can do it again. Claim no vacancy and leave no room for doubt.
