How do unresolved emotions influence the choices, relationships, and patterns we keep creating in life?
Yes, most of your current behaviors are based on the unresolved emotional experiences in the past. For example, if you, uh, in as a as a kid during your childhood, you did not got the love or you did not got that attention. So what as a kid? You have learned as a behavior is overgiving. You think that when people overgive, then you will receive it. It becomes a behavior, and it is not easy to break it until and unless you go back to that emotional experience and heal that part. And that's why majority of the people in adulthood, they overgive and they overget hurt, because they think that overgiving is the mechanism to receive the love. But unfortunately, majority of the people will keep getting hurt. This is the same with every emotion and every experience you had in the past. First, you need to heal that inner child who did not feel the love and create a different perspective inside the mind. Once you do that, you will be able to break the behavior for once for all.
