Welcome to Day 18 of this 100 Days 1 Minute Challenge. Today I am going to give you a small tip which can change the way your body is working throughout a day. Most of the times, as a busy working professional or a busy parent, you will be sitting long hours in front of your screen on a sitting position. I want you to try every 1 hour, 1 minute, I want you to get up and stand and stretch, or maybe a walk, or just stand up for a minute. And I want you to do this more equal intervals. Even it is much better if you can Have something like a standing desk. You can stand and work for every single hour, maybe 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes. What builds over a period of time is a healthier and fitter body. And I want you to try this and let me know how did you feel. Type "Stand" so that I know that you followed the challenge. So if you are enjoying all these challenges, I want you to keep following my channel and also share to the 3 people who do you think this particular habit can change their life too. See you with one more new challenge tomorrow.
