Aravind Padmaraju explains how unprocessed emotions from conflicts get stuck in your body and subconscious as emotional baggage. When something reminds you of a past wound, that old emotion fires up again, making you react way harder than the current situation warrants. The problem isn't the trigger itself but the unhealed wound underneath it.
