Do you really burn fat while doing exercise? Or are you doing endless crunches, endless push-ups to burn fat? I am telling you, you can— you will not burn fat by just doing exercises. Doing exercises can do two things. One is your overall energy expenditure will increase. Second thing is whichever muscle group you are being training, you will grow the muscle on that particular body part where you are training. Just by doing exercise, you don't burn fat. You need to be in a calorie deficit for you to lose fat, not by just doing exercise. Exercise can help you to increase your energy expenditure, but in an overall— in a day, your energy intake is more than your energy expenditure, you will not lose fat even while doing exercise. So don't go into this trap. If you really want to know how you can holistically focus on your overall health and fitness, I am doing a workshop in coming Saturday, uh, at 10:00 AM IST. I want you to register that. The link is in my bio. I will tell you what is the holistic approach you can take your fitness as part of your lifestyle.
