Dr. Aravind Padmaraju works with Navneeta on childhood wounds from bullying and judgment that have blocked her creative aspirations. He recommends daily self-love affirmations, looking in the mirror and saying "I love you" at least 20 times, and notes that people start creative work after 60. Navneeta is a cancer survivor currently in treatment, integrating emotional healing with physical recovery.

Thank you so much for this beautiful session. This was my first session.
And actually, I could relate to a few things. I want to do something in my life. I always wanted to do something in my life. But I was always scared. I don't know, people will judge me.
Judge me.
And I was not able to open up. Even in my family surroundings, I was never really— I could open up.
Yeah.
So today I realized it's all because of my previous— this thing, inner child, my childhood traumas. Because always I used to feel people insult me, they always used to bully me. So All these things were going in my mind, so I would never open up, thinking, so now this is the time, Navneeta.
So take this energy of, as a kid, whatever you want to achieve. I'm telling you, age is just a number. Do you know, um, there are a lot of people did their creation process after 60s? For me, it took 37 years to do my own creation process when I did with my own mentor. So I don't want you to die that kid with unfulfilled. I want each one of you to cherish that kid every single day. Give the love to that kid. Say love you to yourself every day at least 20 times. We never say that word. That word feels awkward for ourselves to say it. I want you to look at the mirror and look without any judgment and say, I love you the way you are. I accept you the way you are.
And one more thing, actually, currently, I'm a cancer survivor.
Oh, wow.
Now I'm healing. So there are many things going on because of the medications and all. I want to come out of it. So I think I want you to continue this journey.
