First of all, thank you so much for sharing this meditation. I am really very grateful to you. I used to do this, but it was not in the way that you have done. And this is the exact thing that I was looking for from quite long time. I'm just feeling speechless, but I just want to share my feeling that I was deeply connected with my body for the first time in so many— like, every cell in my body is rejuvenated. It's like recharged and flowing smoothly. I was able to imagine my blood cells are flowing smoothly and they are all glowing with energy. So it was awesome, awesome experience. I just can't explain.
