So I want to begin my story with 2000. So I think everyone who knows, I have a mark here. So I fell down on a well and I lived my whole childhood that no one likes me because this mark was defined entire my childhood. And I always think that, you know, I always want to prove something. I always want to tell someone that, you know, so I used to go beyond my capacity to just to make that other people's validation come in my life. Because I'm not good enough because of the mark. That is how my life journey began. So I remember one day, this was the back. I think some of you— the whole reason of me showing everything is I wanted to tell you what will happen if you play full on. So this is the me when I passed out of, um, 10th class. So that is my photo, 10th class hall ticket photo. That is the only photo I got because I was searching from so long. By the way, how many of you bought your childhood photo, one of the requirement. You did not buy it. I want you to just go back and get it because there's something has changed when I started looking at my inner child. When I started looking at the person within me who felt unworthy, who felt not good enough, who felt no one likes you, who felt this is not how people is going to like you. Because that is me when I was passing out of the college. And from there, that was defined my entire thing what I started doing. Wherever you go and do in the job, the only thing is I wanted to be the top. I want people to be appreciated. And I put so much of hard work to grow. And this is what is my another memory in 2022. First time ever I failed in my job in a math exam. And I don't know how to express this to my family. I cried. I cried and cried. Finally, I called my dad. I said, it's okay. But the whole journey of that 48 hours was so painful. I never failed, but I said that how would they accept because they're putting so much of money and all of that. But that memory was there for 27 years, was defining who I am, defining every decision which I take, defining that you you are not good enough. So this is one more memory in 2007, which no one knows. It is, I had— I loved a girl for almost like 7 years, and she said, I don't like you. After having— that is the first moment I really broke up, because the entire thing was the validation which I not got. I was expecting from her, and again broke. And this time I started taking the revenge on my own self. No woman is good. They only like the money. Only when money is there, woman comes to it. And then I started hurting myself by doing all kind of crazy things. That is my next photo. So where I started drinking, I started smoking, I started boozing. And every, every now and then, that was a reason why to— and I was started taking revenge on my own life, thinking that if I take revenge, there is some satisfaction comes inside me that, okay, I'm okay. Because it is not that I'm actually healing, but it is something which I don't want to see myself. I want to go beyond that. And that moment is where I started actually abusing my physical body. I used to drink till almost like— I still remember one day, every night when I was in Chennai, I used to come 5 o'clock in the morning and my mom used to open the door and I was fully drunk. So this was there almost like 1 to 2 years. The next, 2011, after a lot of struggle, I got married to my wife. So if today, if I'm doing this, just because of Kruti, her name is. And yes, I know, I was— it was so painful that, you know, the what happened after that, we after so much of excitement, and so much of love. She came, the first lady who came, first girl who came and fulfilled that you are good enough. First, finally I felt. But that happiness was not long. In 2013, I lost her in a train accident. So this was one of the painful moments in my life. I could still remember I was traveling from Bangalore to my place where I heard about this news, and I was literally slapping myself for 30 minutes. Nonstop. And both my cheeks, I can still feel the pain even before. The only and only one blame, because there was one emotion which I had, that if this money I should have had, I should have saved my money and my wife. Just because of the money, there was a small decision from my side, and I was in the guilt cycle. I was just blaming from that time. I moved on with my life. But still that blame was there until 2022, until I experienced the healing. So why I'm telling you was every single moment I went to every place to find myself. I went to meet my brother. I really want to thank my brother who actually helped me during the whole journey, that he hand-holded me as a friend. His name is Ashok, and I went to meet him in Paris. I think that, okay, when I go to the places I'll become normal. But the more and more I'm going, the painful— I know that how many days I was going into the kind of a beautiful place, my tears will be going without any knowledge. I don't even know what was happening in with my body. And I got get onto so much of weight. I think I've touched around 103 kgs. Every single time there is an emotional thing happens in my life, I started abusing my body. I started taking my body for granted, and because of that, I started seeing the some other challenges like back pain, could not able to perform in my job, could not able to move forward. And that is the first time I met this man. He's Bob Proctor, 2016. He told me that if you write down a goal, it will happen. So I have wrote down 2 goals out of this man. One goal is I wanted to reach to 6% body fat. I made it. Some of you maybe saw in my intro video. The second one is to make ₹1 lakh a day. I have hit multiple times in last 1 year making ₹1 lakh a day. So both the goals. And he is the man who actually first time someone told me that there's something like a personality development. When you think about your mind, things will happen. Until that time, I don't know. I was— the only thing what my dad was taught me is the hard work. If I'm still alive here, there's only one thing I still remember when he taught me that, never give up in your life. That one single word has made me who I am today. I will tell you some of the moments which I have gone because I want to— why I'm telling you this story is I want to tell you what actually happens in our physical body. Lot of people think that be positive. Are chill karo. But positive kaisa ho sakta hai? Pain toh real hai. Pain is not something is faking us, but the pain is real. How can I be positive when my body is dying inside? When my body is not giving energy, how can I be positive? So this was my whole journey. The same way, when this incident happened in 2013, I decided that money is the evil in my life. Abhi tak kitna bhi takli faiya, just because of money. And I want to start hating money. I started abusing money like left, right, center. And then that time there is a thought came that by 42 I have to retire. And then I went into investment with this, this person, and his name is Anup. We both started a company. I mean to say, he started handling my accounts and doing a trading and all of that. In 2017 November, he lost all my money what I saved from 2015 to '17. Going to Dubai in one single day, 27 lakh rupees has gone with a one week time, and I don't even know what was happening. The same feeling of guilt, same feeling of shame. How can you do this? You are an educated person, you have degree and 15 years of job experience. How can you do this? And I could not able to tell anything. None of them knows. By the way, and that is when I met another beautiful people, Sadhguru. If you know him, he is the one who actually helped me because I don't know the science behind it. I used to follow his, I don't know, Sunya Kriya or something every day for 7 minutes or that meditation that has saved me. I was into deep depression. I don't know what was happening because I could not share it to my wife. And the next another person who really helped me is Jay Shetty. So he's the one who actually first introduced to the meditation, sense-based meditation. I used to follow him. I was part of his Genius Program for 1 year. And what was happening is there's something used to shift, but internally there I was never felt I'm okay. And 2021, I figured into another investment opportunity with him. This time the money was 1.8 crores. So if you see the roller coaster ride, why I'm telling you this story is because every single time there is a low moment, There's something happens in your life, but if you don't realize why that low moment is happening, that is where your complete struggle is.
