It was draining. I could see how in my childhood I tried to run away from my home because of something my mom said, and then how she punished me for little things like not doing my homework. So these things made me feel not loved, and they were coming up, and there was so much discomfort in the body I could feel. So it was like I was shouting, actually. Luckily it was on mute. So I could feel the pain physically. I was shouting. It was very exhausting, and little tears were coming out, and I still am trembling in my body. So were you able to forgive finally and reconnect with yourself? Yes, it felt very happy to connect with that happy child, with the inner child which was there.
