Inner child healing in 4 simple sentences. Hey, can I invite you for a small moment of softness? Just for a few seconds, forget everything else. Close your eyes. Come on, everyone, close your eyes if you can, or just lower your gaze. Now say this very gently, almost like you're speaking to the little one standing in front of you. I see you. I hear you. I'm here for you. I will protect you. Take a deep breath in. Feel that what happened inside in your chest just now. That tiny loosening, that little warmth, that's your inner child responding. See, the inner child inside you was never crying for the solution. They were crying because nobody noticed their pain. Nobody told them, I am here for you. You are safe now. And that wound did not disappear. It just grew up with you. You became an adult, still feel scared, unseen, unheard. And every time you feel rejected or overthink or get scared of losing people, that's not you being weak. That's your inner child asking, will someone just stay with me? I am— will someone not leave? If this little exercise made you feel even a tiny bit lighter, imagine what will happen when you do consistently. Healing your inner child is not an emotional work. It's an emotional homecoming. If you want, I have created a gentle inner child guide you can use every night before going to sleep. Something that makes you feel held, not alone. So just type "HEAL" in the comment section and I will send it to you, the powerful guide. I will see you in one more new video.
