Aravind Padmaraju walks busy professionals through four steps to find time for fitness: list all daily tasks, cut those that don't align with health goals, delegate or drop the rest, and schedule workouts with the freed time. Are you a busy working professional and you think that you don't have a time? Then these are the one of the technique you can use. The first step is, first of all, list down all the tasks which you are doing on a day-to-day basis from morning you get up until you go to sleep. Then analyze what is the most important which are aligned with your own goals or your own desires. And once you analyze, whichever is aligned with your goals, you can continue to do them. Whichever is not aligned with your goals, including your health and fitness goals, you can delete them out of your schedule. And also you can check if anything which you are repeatedly doing, you can outsource that, or you can take help from someone from your family. So with this, you know exactly where you are focusing, and whichever time you got it from the deleting the activities which are not contributing to your progress, then you can take the time and fit into your fitness routine. If you really want to know how to start and how to simplify and how to have a clear-cut idea about how your overall plan can be created and how you can start your fitness journey and how you can get back to your ideal weight and ideal body fat percentage, I am doing a workshop on coming Saturday at 10 AM IST. So you can register, the link is in my bio. I will see you inside the workshop. So as I always say, fitness is a lifestyle. Focus on a long-term sustainable approach for you.
