Alpha state. In alpha state, majority of your subconscious reprogramming happens. Beta wave is majority of the time after you get up and before you go into sleep. Between that time, you are in the beta wave frequency where creation, major majority of activities. Right now we are talking. This is in the beta wave. In alpha wave, whenever you do a meditation or one hour before and one hour after you wake up, so that is the time where your subconscious mind can be reprogrammed. You can literally rewrite everything. And then theta and delta wave is the deeper states where actual creation happens, the dreaming state and the deep healing state. And the gamma wave is the quantum. When you go to the quantum frequencies, you can experience the gamma wave. But when we do this healing, your body goes to alpha, theta, delta state sitting at your home. And that's how the healing happening, because those are the healing frequencies. And the same way, our body releases the 5 chemicals when we are in the high state. Your body releases dopamine, oxytocin, endorphins, and serotonin and anandamide. These are the chemicals required for you to be happy, for you to be active, for you to be taking more action, for you to be, be, um, have feeling love, for you body heals its own. Right. Because dopamine is action-taking chemical. So there is a method which I teach us where your body releases every single day for rest of your life. If you practice the 25-minute practice. So we use some of the energy systems which I learned from the international mentors, which is also part of our ancient scriptures, that by using some of our energy centers, moving our Kundalini energy, you can literally feel that sitting at your home.
