How to set a right mindset before even you start following any kind of a diet and workout. Always set a right intention why you need to do it. Your why is very, very important before even you start with any kind of a diet and exercise. The second most important thing is what exactly caused you where you are today. So you need to reassess what happened which made you to where you are today. And the third thing is set a realistic goal. Don't set a goal of 5 kgs losing in one week. It is not attainable. Before you setting it, just set maybe losing 0.5 kgs or 1 kg of weight for a week or two weeks. And once you attain it, then set another goal and then set another goal and proceed further. The next important thing is create a plan which works for you, which is sustainable for you, which is flexible for you. So these are the most important points you need to make. And one additional point which I am going to give you is track your progress. And when I say progress, it's not just a weight loss. Make sure that you check your inch loss, take your multiple photos, see how you feel, your energy, how you're sleeping. All of them are part of a tracking. So hope that helps. If you really wanted to know whatever I told you more detailed about, you need to aware and you need to understand where you are currently and how you want to start fitness journey.
