Dr. Aravind Padmaraju compares Elon Musk's rapid rise to the decades-long growth of the Tatas and Ambanis, arguing that success depends on direction, not time. Focus on outcomes and opportunities, not the struggle itself.
Ratan Tata was shocked to know about this young man called Elon Musk. The Ambanis and Tatas took decades to reach where they are today, while Elon Musk largely built his wealth and businesses to an extraordinary scale over the last 2 decades. So does success simply mean time? Not really. Success doesn't depend only on how hard you work, but also on the direction you're working in. If your focus is only on the struggle, all you'll see is struggle. But if your focus is on the end result, you start seeing opportunities differently. This is how people understand the law of attraction from a certain perspective. Instead of obsessing over the process, stay clear about the outcome.
