Chapters
Start counting calories, not the food. You always count the food. Okay, I'm eating 2 chapati, I'm eating 1, uh, 1 laddu, or I'm eating 1 snack, and you at the end of the day you track your food but not the calories. This was the biggest mistake I was doing because when I was doing it starting first 4 weeks, because of my activity is increased, my food is reduced, I was able to lose weight. But after certain point of a time, I I was not counting the calories. I was eating here and there this food, and which I was not taking into a consideration, and that is the reason I was not able to lose weight. So your weight loss has a one single scientific formula: calorie in equal to calorie out. The amount of energy what you give it to your body should be lesser than the energy what you are burning it.
