Building AI Agency at 19 | EP01

Arnas Misevičius and his partner are launching an AI-agent agency that trains bots on coaches' content to provide 24/7 client support, replacing human success managers who cost $1,500-$2,000 monthly. They're handling company registration across Lithuania and the UK, building their website themselves after a $7k developer quote, and planning to reach customers through LinkedIn and cold email.

Hello everybody, so this is kind of the first vlog of this series, starting an agency from zero. And I kind of had this idea of wanting to document our whole journey with my partner of launching an agency and kind of showing how that looks like. We both have a background in sales. He's currently still a closer. I'm currently a student at uni, my first year, and I just want to show you how it looks to start a business from zero and just kind of want to document the whole journey. So I guess, so I guess I'll kind of talk a little bit about what we're actually doing. So we're launching a service where we'll help coaches and consultants actually launch a version of themselves to help their clients get better results and reduce costs and, and fulfillment. So we're building a, a bot, we can call it, right, an AI agent bot, which will kind of be trained on all the material that was made by the coach or in his program or his content that he's posting, and it will help answer all the questions for the clients, and you can— there's even an opportunity to talk to it. So the reason we believe this offer is really strong, because, well, let me actually show you some data later. Um, so kind of did some research and digging, and a typical CMS or a client success manager costs from $1,500 to $2,000 a month, sometimes even more depending on the tasks they're actually doing. Now, if you're a coach that has, let's say, over 100 clients, right, on your school community or whatever you're holding your community, right, I mean, those questions will stack up and the clients, they're gonna start facing issues with, you know, response times. So The person who's actually working, they're not able to respond 24/7, right? And they might not know all the questions that you might know as the coach, right? So that's also the other thing that we're focusing on is the expertise level. So actually, what us— what we're able to do is we're able to create an AI version of the coach itself with— where it's only trained on that material that we're going to be giving, which is going to be the material that a coach is going to be providing, right? So it's pretty much a version of you on the internet. Now with that comes really cool stuff because it will be able to be pretty much second version of you where your client will be able to have a conversation, the same conversation would be having to you directly, right? Without you having to spend your precious time. Now with that, they're able to answer a lot of deeper level questions, which also they're kind of repetitive and they appear a lot of the time on a day-to-day basis, right? So that also helps coaching call productivity, which is gonna increase the client retention a lot, first of all, and their success rate because they'll also be held accountable by the AI. And yeah, we're really looking forward to building that. Now we'll be using a partnership. We're not going to be actually building the system ourselves. We'll be using a partnership platform for that, that which already has agents that are working like that. So we're partnering up with them and we'll just be selling the service. So yeah, we're really looking forward to it. Now we're having some— the first issues that we're facing are kind of— so you figure out the offer, which was pretty easy. And we started about 2 weeks ago. So it's kind of been a little bit slow. I would say, in my opinion, I like to do things a lot faster. Now we also had to figure out the structure we want to open the company. And so he's in the UK, I'm in Lithuania, and we figured the best option would be to open up a company in Lithuania. There's some issues because he's from the UK and just kind of been spending the whole week back and forth chatting to the, the register center. So we have the company registered, but I'm just having some other issues with adding him as a member. And etc. So that's been really frustrating because with classes, they end kind of a few days from the week. They're ending at 4 or 6 PM for me, and I can only call the center till 4 PM. So I'm kind of like trying to squeeze it in, the questions. I get the answers, then I try to implement them, and I still get errors on the site. It's just kind of been back and forth for this whole week. So today is Friday, the 20th of February. So hopefully today I'll be able to fix that and we'll be able to open up our bank accounts and start finishing our website. I can actually show you the build. So it kind of looks a little bit ass right now because my partner yesterday, he tried to fix the logo. We're having issues with that, but the first version, it was pretty fucking nice. Let me show you. Preview. Let's see. It's pretty nice. I mean, yeah, so we're having issues with the logo here. It's just not loading properly. Yeah, so this is, we only did one prompt for this. So keep that in mind. It's pretty good result. All right, so there's like an image. So demo, we're going to upload a demo of how the AI works here. Case studies. So we'll add those in once we have those. FAQ, contact, and we're gonna add in here, once they click this, we'll take them to Calendly and they're gonna have to fill out a questionnaire. We're also planning to get a VSL open so that way they can, you know, get more familiar with the product. But that's just from one prompt, so we're working on it still. And actually, like, uh, 2 weeks ago I had a call. My friend referred me to this guy that builds websites, and we had a call with him. And I mean, the websites are pretty cool, right? Very good websites. But when he said price, um, we were expecting like what my friend told me was supposed to be like 2K, which we were okay with paying that. But then at the end of the call, he said it's like 7K, 6K plus VAT, which is 21% in Lithuania. So that was like over 7,000. So we just didn't move forward with that. And just looking at the Lovable, I mean, you can really build everything you need for a website, for an agency website especially, because like all of the agency website is, is just you getting your leads onto the website and then having them convert into a, into the sales process through a VSL or a demo, right? And then just being nurtured on the website. And then just sending out more material to get them more nurtured before the call. That way they show up and you can get the deal closed. So you don't need like a really complicated website, then we just kind of figured out, I mean, we can do it on our own, which, yeah, hopefully throughout the weekend we'll be able to finish the website if everything goes well with the company. If we can get that set up and start moving from there, we'll also Looking forward to launching our marketing, which is going to be outreach, automated outreach with AI through LinkedIn and cold email. So yeah, I think that's it for today. I'll, I'll make the vlog tomorrow, see how we're doing, and I'll see you tomorrow. Peace.
