In this candid weekly vlog, Arnas Misevičius shares the ups and downs of building his AI agency at age 19. He explains the major roadblock of registering the company because his co‑founder is based in the UK, recounts how his initial DIY attempt wasted two weeks, and describes his decision to hire a professional to resolve the registration issues. While waiting for the paperwork, the team continues to operate through a daily credit limit on the Lovable platform. Arnas also details his work on an "irresistible offer" for the agency, drawing heavily on Alex Hormozi’s acquisition.com material, and explains why a compelling offer can compensate for limited sales skill. He discusses personal time constraints, including studies and a career‑day job offer for an SDR role, which he declines to stay focused on his startup, believing his own venture can generate far higher returns. Additionally, he mentions applying for an internship at Kilo, a Lithuanian VC, to gain experience. The vlog ends with concrete goals for the coming week—launching the agency website and opening bank accounts—and a promise of bigger updates next time.

Hey everybody, welcome to the second vlog of this series. Kind of a little bit in different environment on this one. So just, I was thinking to do this series as a kind of, as a weekly update on how everything is going in the agency, in the AI agency that we're doing. So kind of last week was a little bit, I'd say a little bit of a rough one. Not much was really done because again of the company issues, but I did figure that out. Now the main problem that we're facing was because my partner, he's from the UK, it's really hard to open up the company and there's a lot of different things that the register center is kind of— what's the right word to say— it's pretty much finding easiest things to pick on, right? Um, so I was kind of having my ego moment and thinking, oh, I'm gonna be a big balls guy and I'm gonna do it on my own and I won't pay anyone to set it up. But I kind of fucking wasted 2 weeks on that, and now I figured out that, um, it's gonna be better to pay someone, which I did. And yeah, the person already found like a few issues that need to get done, and that's pretty much what we're working on with her. So I'm hoping to get things fixed this week. Um, that's what should happen because we were on this call yesterday. Um, and yeah, she told me that everything should be okay. There's some people walking through the road that are partying. Fuck him. Are we moving, bro? We bop. Um, okay, there's this car that's fucking smoking here. That's some crazy shit going on. Whatever. Now, so I had a call. Um, she checked everything. We're getting things done. She said it would take a few more days to get finished, so I'm hoping that's gonna be the case because I really wanna get things moving because it's been taking so fucking long and it's really frustrating because we technically, we can do other things, but we don't because We want to buy everything through the company, so we're still using the daily credit limit on Lovable, but that's just kind of been— I mean, it's not really that productive, you know. So we're figuring out Lovable. We're getting better at that. My partner, he's going through tutorials and shit. So on the other end, I've been working on our offer to make it the irresistible offer, as people call it. I'm not doing that because it's a fake thing, but genuinely making the offer so good that the person feels dumb saying no. So that's what I've kind of been doing. And the way I've been doing that, I've been listening to Hormozy's audiobook and going through his free course that's on acquisition.com. I mean, it's really probably the best material out there. I mean, Hormozy is the guy, so I feel like that's really what you gotta study for if you want you want to do a business. Because getting down the offer, like as you said, I know first thing is market, the second thing is the offer, and then comes sales. So I mean, you can have a decent or a mid offer but be really good at sales too and still sell. But if you have the offer which really makes no sense for the person to say no, then I mean, you're just— you can be not shit at sales, you still can't— cannot be shit at sales and persuasion, you have to be decent. But with a really good offer, I mean, you can still fucking sell without being crazy at sale. So it's a little bit shaking because the road is kind of ass. I hope because of the engine you can still hear me. I'm kind of driving in sports mode because why the fuck not. Yeah, so anything else? We do have some projections for next week. We're hoping to get the website running in the company with the bank accounts. So those are pretty much our goals. And yeah, I mean, it is frustrating. I mean, for me it is really frustrating that this week kind of has been like that. Not much has been done. And also had some shit with studies that have taken like pretty much 2 full days out of my week. I also had my career day and I had a job offer for being an SDR for this company that does B2B SaaS. In Lithuania. Well, I'm not sure if it's a Lithuanian company, but they do have an office in Lithuania. So they kind of offered me a job on the career day, which doesn't really happen often. So I'm not gonna take that offer because I'd rather fucking work 6 months on my own business and not make anything than make someone else money again. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but at the current stage where I'm at, where I feel like my competence and my goals that I have for myself, I just don't think that's the next best step for me. So I'm not gonna apply for that job, which I'm like 100% confident that I would land that position. And it's a pretty good compensation. It's like from $1,600 to $2.2K, uh, base. That's before taxes. So after taxes, it's like from— I don't know, I checked— like $1.3 to $1.6, something like that. Well, the range is probably a little bit smaller. And then commissions percent bonuses, which the person said they're getting really good bonuses. So if I did the math, I probably could be making there like $4K a month pretty easily, probably even more after the second month or third month. But I mean, for one sale at my business, like, I can make way fucking more. So yeah, that's where I'm kind of feeling with that. And I did apply for one, uh, company. I did send them out my resume because I like to do internship there. It's a Kilo, so they kind of like a— you can call it a VC in Lithuania. Um, so an internship there would be pretty cool. I think that would help me in a lot of ways, uh, for my future growth. So yeah, that was kind of the recap of the week. It was kind of ugly, but I did promise at the beginning that I will show all the good, the bad, and the ugly. So I'll see you in next video. And I'm promising to myself and to whoever's watching that next week there will be some bigger updates. So peace and see you in the next one.
