In this evangelical sermon, the speaker presents a concise overview of the Christian understanding of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, asserting his historical existence and divine identity. He outlines Jesus' virgin birth in Bethlehem, upbringing in Nazareth, and his role as a teacher of truth and the Kingdom of God. The speaker contrasts Jesus' claim to fulfill the Mosaic Law with the expectations of Jewish religious leaders, emphasizing that Jesus presented a new way to God, positioning himself as the final, once‑for‑all sacrifice that eliminates the need for further bloodshed. He explains the Jewish expectation of a militant, earthly Messiah and argues that Jesus instead claimed a heavenly kingship, a spiritual reign rather than a political one. The crucifixion is portrayed as a voluntary act in which Jesus bore humanity’s sins, declared the completion of God’s redemptive plan, and affirmed his identity as the Son of God and the exclusive path to the Father. The sermon concludes with a personal invitation for listeners to reflect on who Jesus is, a blessing, and a call to view additional content.

Today, I want to talk about the most important figure within the largest religion in the world, maybe the most important figure ever, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. And I want to put some light on who he is because there seems to be questions on his identity and what he claimed. So the first thing we need to know about Jesus Christ is that he was born of a Virgin Mary. He was born in Bethlehem and he grew up as a Nazarene, and he was a teacher, a teacher of the truth is what he claimed, but not only a teacher of the truth, the teacher of the kingdom. Now there's debate on what this kingdom he was speaking about, and that's why the religious leaders of the time, the Pharisees and the Sadducees, questioned him because he preached what seemed to be different from the teaching of Moses because he claimed To be the Law of Moses. He claimed to be the fulfillment of the law, and he also claimed that he was the only way to the Father, in which all the Jews already believed in. And he said only through him could you get to the kingdom. You see, the Judaic belief system of Judaism was built on the principle of the Mosaic Law, and the Mosaic Law held the Ten Commandments other manners in which you should deal with your neighbors, how you should go about with sacrifice and sacraments and things of that nature. And so Jesus came about and he basically said that he has fulfilled those laws, and through him there is now a new way to God. Through him, he will be the final sacrifice, and there will be no need for any more bloodshed. He was claiming to be the Messiah. But not the Messiah that Jews thought he was. You see, the Jews already had a view on who the Messiah would be. They believed he would come and he would empty out the Romans and create a new settlement for them, and he would help them rule maybe the world, but definitely take back ownership of their land and secure them as God's people. They believed the Messiah will be like a Warrior and a king. And they were right, but they simply misplaced the value and the timing in which he would claim his throne. See, they were looking for an earthly king. Christ was a heavenly one, and this is what he claims clearly through the scriptures. You see, historically, it is true that Jesus Christ was a Figure that existed. But even when he was being declared onto the cross, Christ claimed that they had no power over him, and he was freely giving himself up, and he was voluntarily facing hell. He carried the sins of the world on his back, and he bled on a cross. And when he died, he said it was finished, because the plan that was set in motion from the day He touched earth, was complete. He has crucified himself for the world. Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the Son of God. And so I ask you a question we must all answer: who is Jesus Christ? God bless you. Amen. If you enjoyed this video, I just ask that you watch some of my other content and show that this is actually hitting home, and hopefully I can bring more messages about the one who saved my soul. Thank you.
