Tour of EPFL's Robotics Systems Lab in Zurich. A robot dog opens drawers with its manipulator hand, spider robots crawl across the ceiling, and researchers hammer away on quadruped designs. The lab is packed with experimental platforms and people building things.
Alright, I'm in Zurich at this robotics lab, the Robotics Systems Lab at EPFL, and they have all kinds of cool stuff going on here. It's just robots everywhere. This is a robot dog with a hand on it and it opens drawers. Kind of amazing. She's been working on that. She's very nice. There's a spider up in the ceiling over here. There's this weird kind of— I think it's a cat type thing, maybe some sort of puma robot up there. There's another spider over here, and there's more people working over here. He's hammering. It's very cool.
