All right, here we are, Nashville. We're at a spot called Framework. They got cold plunge, they've got sauna, they've got a sound experience. I'm not going to subject you to me in the cold plunge or the sauna, but I will be sound experiencing, and we'll head in and show you guys what this place is like. All right, here's the inside of Framework. They got a bunch of cold plunge tubs, some showers, hot tub. They got a silent sauna and a social sauna, and then they got the same setup outside. And then they got a sound system I'm going to show you in the show upstairs. All right, here we go. Now we're going upstairs through to the Café. And then if nobody's in there now, I'll show you what I just did, which was this Sava SoundPod experience. It's pretty cool. It vibrates, plays music out of these speakers that are all around you. You get a little weighted blanket. It was awesome. And if you want to do like the private cold plunge, you can get your own room with some friends or by yourself and sauna upstairs.
