Awareness, awareness, awareness. So important to make brain retraining successful. You're doing all the right things to heal, but you can sometimes still feel stuck, burnt out, disconnected. And here's what no one tells you. It's harder to heal your present without observing your past and who you were. Perhaps the way you shut down, the way you might overextend yourself, fight, Flight, freeze, fawn. This is your nervous system repeating what it learned in childhood to survive. And as kids, we didn't always get the safety, the support, or the tools we needed. So we adapted. We became who we needed to be to feel loved and safe and nurtured. But those old patterns, they don't just disappear. They become our default settings as adults. They become wired into our brain and into our body. So if your symptoms keep flaring, if your healing feels stuck, it might be because some part of you still thinks you need protection. It's still in that childhood survival mode. And real healing means meeting those younger parts of ourselves with compassion and giving them the safety that they never had. That's how your body finally learns it's safe to let go. And in our brain retraining and the somatic tools and the parts coaching, these things don't just calm your nervous system, they help you to rewrite the story that your body's been living. Want to go deeper? Well, the Gupta Program app has powerful brain retraining tools, parts coaching, and many somatic tools to help you break free from your past and heal in your present.
